The quality and vitality of the club depends upon the energy and creativity of the membership. There is no staff. We reap the benefits of our own labor and ingenuity.

Members are expected to bring their ideas to monthly events planning meetings and to contribute to our organization by chairing events or assisting other members who have taken those leadership roles.

New members are encouraged to attend these monthly meetings to gain a better understanding of how the club works.  As a result, new members can form new friendships by working together on our events.  Members quickly gain an understanding that they are part of a family of friends.
